Principal Sponsor

  • Recognition during opening ceremony. Company representative to address audience. Short video up to 5 minutes during opening ceremony.First- come, first- served.

  • Further video opportunity and direct interaction with audience during breakfast and lunch breaks.

  • Company logo will appear in all printed and digital NERSSC Symposium publications including symposium trailer, NERSSC web site and Facebook page. Social media feeds will be incorporated and updated during the pre-symposium phase.

  • Access to registration and “Meet and Greet”event Thursday evening

  • Access to cocktail reception Friday evening

  • Principal sponsor will be recognized for sponsoring breakfast and lunch each day (signage) and cocktail reception.

  • Booth size,20’ X 10’, with two 6’ X 30” skirted tables in most prominent location.

  • Meals for up to 6 representatives during the entire meeting
