Registration:

This program is suitable for dentists and dental lab technicians and it will consist of lecture, slide, peer discussion, and treatment planning events. Registration will not be confirmed without 100% tuition payed in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

Tuition is non-refundable.

Substitutions:

Speaker and club activity cancellations occasionally occur, for reasons beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, speaker, subject, or venue substitutions may be made without prior notice.

Code of Conduct:

The New England Regional Seattle Study Club is committed to ensure a learning environment that is safe and respectful. Each event is to be free of harassment, bullying, offensive comments, and/ or offensive behavior towards others. All participants are to abide by this Code of Conduct policy at each meeting, venue, and social gathering.

· Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.

· Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.

· Alert the NERSSC team if you notice harassment of other, or if you have been harassed.

Photo Release:

By submitting your registration, you grant the New England Regional Seattle Study Club permission to use your likeness in photographs (online and in print) and/or online videos without payment or consideration made to you.
